* In this day and age where everyone is quick to complain and slow to praise I thought I should buck the trend and do the latter quickly. As you know my order was "mislaid" by Royal Mail and when I contacted your office I expected the fight of my life, however, I was pleasantly surprised by your response, Not only did you do your background checks with the post, you called me back and reassured me that my order would be with me by Christmas, even putting to one side the charms so you could fulfill my order, this is NOT my experience with most companies.

You and  your staff should be congratulated and praised for your customer service, the owners of the company should be shown this email proving the dedication of their staff. I have now received my bracelet, fitted the charms (easy isn't it?) and thank you for your help in resolving this problem, I certainly wont hesitate in recommending your company to anyone who will listen!!
